Payday 2 Will Get a Physical Retail Release Option for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3

If you don't feel like downloading games anymore, Overkill Software and 505 Games has you covered. Payday 2, the obvious sequel to the surprise hit Payday: The Heist, will be available at physical retail outlets for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game.

Game Director on PAYDAY 2 David Goldfarb said, "We have a bit of a problem here at Overkill - there are just too many great ideas and none that we were really happy to throw out - so PAYDAY 2 has become just too big to reserve release on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network alone."

Never fear PC owners, a digital release will be available on Steam the same day that the physical version of the game is released this August.
