CD Projekt RED has confirmed that their upcoming open-world RPG, The Witcher 3, will be DRM-free. Game designer Maciej Szczesnik said that the studio is "trying to get rid of DRM."
This is assuming you don't count Steam as a means of DRM. Look for The Witcher 3 on the PC, PlayStation 4, and other next-gen platforms.
