Having conquered the PC realm and soon the Mac OS X realm (on April 25), XCOM: Enemy Unknown will soon tackle the iOS realm. During Firaxis' PAX East 2013 panel, the company revealed that they will bring the strategy game to iOS devices soon.
From information gathered at the event, it will utilize the same UI as the PC version, but with touch specific tweaks. The iPhone version will differ a bit more given the small screen size when compared to the iPad version.
There will also be fewer maps on the iOS version. Pricing and the exact release date are not yet known for the iOS version of the game.
