Edmund McMillen from Team Meat just posted a teaser image from Binding of Isaac: Rebirth.
Binding of Isaac: Rebirth is a remake of the original Binding of Isaac but with improved visuals, re-balanced enemies and items, local co-op support, and more. Right now, it is slated for release on the PC, PS Vita, and PlayStation 3 later this year. 360 and iOS ports are a possibility but have not been confirmed.
