Create Your Own Custom Videogame Merchandise with Cap That

How would you like to have a constant reminder on your phone, controller, or laptop of your favorite scene from your favorite game? Maybe you just liked it when you teabagged your best pal in an online game and you want to rub it in his face at every chance you get. I meant the virtual teabagging, not "it" as in "it"... you know what? Nevermind.

Anyway, Cap That is here and is the first "social merchandise technology to capture any video moment and transform it into a custom product." Basically, you pick a scene you particularly liked, take a snapshot of the action, and then use Cap That to place the scene onto your controllers, shirts, phones, iPad, and more. Cap That makes its debut with Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed 3.
“We have created a playground that empowers users to interact with digital video like never before. Users have the ability to capture their favorite moments from video and turn them into truly unique products, which they then can easily share across their social networks or post to Cap That’s showroom for others to see and buy” said David Hibbard, CEO and Founder of Cap That.

You can upload any video clip from your personal collection, or select scenes that were posted up on Facebook, Instagram, or Viddy. Select a scene you particularly like, and make your customized purchase!

You should check out Cap That. It seems like it's quite the useful service for getting some neat looking customization going on, especially when most custom gear usually only comes in limited edition bundles.
