Not completely true. It is all a question of availability. For obvious reasons there will be a diminishing number of a certain bottle of wine as when you drink one that number diminishes thus resulting in a higher price.Originally posted by jimykxYeah, It is normal that games tend to lower the price with time. If the same characteristics should be applied to a videogame they should make their limited editions, well limited. Then they had to add collectible items, like an action figure or something which is only made in a limited number. The core product, the actual game, will loose value as it gets outdated and no one will by BF3 when BF 11 is released unless they are really nerdi. Like all the comic nerds collecting action figures in their original box aso. Those items actually do increase in value over time. Granted it may not be much as there is little prestige in action figures and PC games but still.Leave a comment:

YEah, I want an ak47 with a bent barrel that shoots to the sideOriginally posted by 5t3v0Aftermath does actually look a bit interesting. I hope more will be to come.
I also hope that the weapons it introduces actually look beaten up, but work... Just a little aesthetic point.
And i'm not being ironic!

Gamescom Battlefield 3 Trailer Showcases Armored Kill and Aftermath
A new trailer for Battlefield 3 was shown off today at Gamescom 2012. While the focus of the trailer is primarily for the new "Battlefield 3 Premium Edition", it does feature new footage for both the Armored Kill DLC and the Aftermath DLC.
As for the Premium Edition, here's a brief rundown of what it has to offer players upon its release on September 11.
Combining the original Battlefield 3 game, all Battlefield 3 Premium content including five themed digital expansion packs, and a Battlefield 3 Multiplayer Head-Start Kit that is custom-designed to help jump start players who are new to multiplayer by automatically unlocking 15 different weapons, gadgets and vehicle upgrades. Battlefield 3 Premium Edition delivers more than 25 maps, over 70 weapons and vehicles and dozens of unlocks and upgrades, making it the perfect entry point into one of the top shooter games of this generation. At $69.99 it's an unbeatable value compared to purchasing all this great content individually at a cost of well over $100.
A little weird that they're still going to charge such a high premium for it, but to each his own. Look for Armored Kill next month, Aftermath in December, and End Game in March of 2013.Tags: None
