Burning the midnight oil, Team Fortress 2 fans continued to dive head first into the mystery surrounding the latest TF2 ARG from Valve. Beginning with a Last Will and ending with the the murder of Blutarch and Redmond, the past 24-hours have been incredibly interesting.

After Valve continued to update Team Fortress 2 today, despite being a Saturday, fans discovered some very interesting things with the capacitors that popped up prior to the Pyro update.
From there, QR codes and phrases were discovered. These led to uncovering a password that opened up a special Keepass file which later led a seemingly broken QR code. Eventually, codes were cracked and the discovery of the Blood Brothers comic URL was found.
Gray Mann, Man vs. Machine, TOBOR, all seem to be coming together. Speculation continues to fly, however. Many have read the comic and feel as though this it the "end" of Team Fortress 2. With Redmond and Blutarch dead (albeit at "some time" in the future), some feel as though this may be the "end" of TF2 as well.
I somehow doubt that is the case.
Meanwhile, others have noted how oddly similar Gray Mann is in both mannerisms and appearance to the GMan from the Half-Life universe. Probably just a coincidence on that one.

When high-fiving a player who has equipped the Barely-Melted Capacitor, text will be being printed to the chat box. Each player can see three unique messages, depending on the class of the other person. The text takes the form of this sample output:
The class listed in the text represents a sequence of data that corresponds with one of the MD5 checksums, and the items and characters listed in the text represent a subsequence of that sequence. The number corresponds to the position of the subsequence.
Medic says: Did you hear the story from 1252 where Destruction PDA, Buzz Killer, Something Special for Someone Special, Ubersaw, Cowardly Mound, Crate, Buzz Killer, Frying Pan, and the Administrator walked into a bar?
