Available for just $4.49 in its first week of being on sale ($5.99 normally), the Local Justice Pack is free* to everyone who owns the Max Payne 3 Rockstar Pass. *This pass is priced at $29.99 and will allow you to download at least seven DLC releases that are either already out or that are coming out. The pass is a bargain if you plan on picking up all of the planned DLC releases.

The Special Edition Pack includes the Classic Multiplayer Character Pack of eight playable fan favorite multiplayer characters including Mona Sax, Vladimir Lem and Max from Max Payne 2, plus the Disorderly Conduct Multiplayer Weapons Pack (Hammerhead Auto Shotgun, G9 Grenade Launcher and Molotov Cocktail projectile weapon), both of which were previously only available via the Max Payne 3 Special Edition.
