Broken and buggy are two of the words that fans have used to describe Silent Hill HD for the Xbox 360. Konami revealed that plans are going forward to release the patch on the PlayStation 3 but not on the Xbox 360 due to "technical issues and resources."
Konami plans to continue selling the "broken" Xbox 360 version of the game.

"Understanding the issues some users are experiencing, KONAMI issued a title update for Silent Hill HD Collection (PS3), which fixed frame rate issues as well as audio-synching and other reported issues. Konami apologizes to any players who are continuing to experience these issues on the XBOX 360 sku.," said the company in a statement.
