During Microsoft's E3 2012 conference, Ubisoft revealed Splinter Cell: Blacklist. It's essentially Sam versus the terrorists in order to prevent the terrorists from using a blacklist to target others.
"Killing in motion" was shown off during E3 in which, Sam had a lot of execute moves pulled off in rapid fire succession by stringing together a few quick moves. There is also Kinect voice integrated features, a Middle East setting is at least one location, lots of breaking into buildings, and more.
It looks like there's going to be more of an emphasis on action and less on stealth, at least for this demo level. It does feature single player, multiplayer, and co-op. Spring 2013 is the release window.
