The SDK release for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive has just gone out for those with access to the CS:GO beta. It is listed as a separate download under your "Tools" tab within Steam.
This SDK release is so that gamers can get a head start on creating their custom maps before the full game is released to everyone. Later updates will include Steam Workshop integration that will permit map makers to upload their maps to the Workshop and share them with the world.
Map makers are also encouraged to join the CSG_SDK mailing list to keep up to date with all new developments and to seek help amongst their peers.
