The BioWare forums are fired up once again following the most recent patch for Mass Effect 3. This issue, which seems to mainly affect Xbox 360 gamers, was supposed to fix the face import bug. Instead, it tends to crash the game, sometimes even going so far as to turn off the Xbox 360 completely.
They are issuing a call for information on the forums for users to submit a bunch of information to help narrow down the cause of the issue. If you're one of the many affected, be sure to head on over to the BioWare forums and submit the information requested in the first post of this thread.
So now, you can import your face, just don't expect to actually play the game. Oh, and other users are reporting that after updating they lost their DLC rights and all kill counts for multiplayer.
Hopefully it gets resolved soon.
