So, it's finished and ready to go. The question is though, when will we actually get to see it?
Well, "soon" is the response given. They do plan on releasing it alongside "something." What that "something" is or when it will actually show up is really anybody's guess right now.
Also, keep "Valve Time" in mind when figuring out just how soon "soon" really is. "Soon" can range from anywhere from two months to nearly a decade of waiting.
