Remedy Entertainment has revealed that the PC release of Alan Wake is set in stone for release on February 16 through Steam. Other retailers, such as Origin, will receive the game shortly after.
The price will be just $29.99 (USD) for just the game and the added content that was released for the Xbox 360 version of the game. For $34.99 players can pick up the Limited Collector's Edition.
The PC version of the game promises such features as higher resolutions, multithreaded engine support, FOV adjustment, a "hide HUD" option, 3D gameplay support, and multiscreen support.

"We've done our best to do justice to the PC version and do things the way they should be done for PC," said Remedy CTO Markus Maki in the announcement. "The PC version looks absolutely beautiful. We're bringing the game to life in a whole new way. We're very proud of what we’ve done so far with Wake - but for gamers who've always wanted the 'every setting maxed out' experience, the modern PC hardware takes Alan Wake to new heights."
