A few months back, AT&T announced their pricing structure for 3G data on the PlayStation Vita. It fell roughly in line with their old data plan structure for their phones and other devices and everyone was happy. Yay!
However, AT&T decided they wanted more money. As a result, they have revamped their pricing structure across the board, including the plans for the Vita. Previously, AT&T had a 2GB option at just $20 per month. They have since changed it to 3GB for $30. The lower end of the spectrum, 250MB for $15, remains unchanged.
It's almost a shame there's no "middle territory" for these plans. It's either all or next to nothing really.
