Bethesda has put together a few interesting pieces of media for you today. Wishing to show off how concept goes from paper to finished in-game product, the artists of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim have put together a lengthy article, podcast, pictures, AND a video!
The showcase, dubbed "Completely Blue Sky", offers a look behind the scenes of Skyrim not found anywhere else.
If you'd like to listen to the podcast itself, it can be found either on the Blue Sky concept entry in the blog, through iTunes, as a stream, or through RSS.

“Ray and I couldn’t draw enough,” said Adamowicz. “There are entire cities that [we] feel guilty about still. ‘Oh crap, I missed a couple of houses in there, I can’t believe I didn’t draw that.’ But the level designers are definitely artists in their own right.”
Adds Lederer: “There is so much more than what we drew that’s just so amazing. It’s like Christmas. It’s so cool to see all of that stuff come together, and what’s really amazing is just how much further they take it, and how much cooler it is.”
