Stilla-killa posted up this link that allows you to now change your Origin ID without the use of an iPhone, Android phone, or an application.

Simply go to http://www.origin.com/us/change-id# and log in with your current ID. It then asks for your new name and, if available, will make the change within 30 minutes.

Speaking of Origin, 8.3 is required for Battlefield 3. You should get the update when you open and log in.Crunch

Never. they would have to lock it down too much. Someone made an app to do it and their phone games wouldnt work right without it being able to access it.

You could always change your password though. You just change it on the EA site or Origin.

i have a bit of a problem. The account I used to buy the game doesn't have the ID I want. Should I change my name to make it free then change it in the account I have the game on?
