I think its a good thing that you can't generate a CD-KEY to play online. Imagine if you could. Holy moley, the game would be full of hackers, because every time you'd get busted by Punkbuster, you'd just change your CD-KEY and resume.

Let the pirates play single player. BF3's attraction is its multiplayer.
