Battlefield 3 Mulitplayer Map List and Co-Op Missions

Planet Battlefield has posted up this list of maps and missions:

Today all 9 Battlefield 3 map names were revealed (unofficially), but we are pretty certain these are correct. More information and screenshots on these maps should be released this Friday, October 14th.

Kharg Island (MP_Kharg)
Damavand Peak (MP_Basejump)

It does look very accurate. I've seen a few posts in a few other forums where people have found these names embedded in Battlefield 3 Beta files. We already know officially that Operation Metro, Caspian Border, Damavand Peak, Operation Firestorm, and Grand Bazaar are going to be in the game. Rumor has it that two of these maps will be night maps and there has also been mentioned of an MP_OMAHA map, but no further information found on it.

And of course, the Back to Karkand expansion is not listed.

I dont know now. Its from a trailer DICE first released. I thought it was SP originally, but now I dont know for sure.

No word on when.

As for waiting, I dont know how long you can wait and still qualify for the BTK expansion. I think its up to the last day, but I dont know if I would wait that close.

night maps? juist wondering, other than the IR sights for the guns, are we going to have NVGs similar to BF2 special Forces?

No mention of it. Nothing on the lists. Its safe to say no.

I also doubt the night maps are going to be pitch dark, but more like underground like metro with less lighting.

I think they said there would be a night map, but nothing that would require NVG's.

Yeah, its rumored that there are 2 actually. No mention meant the NVGs.
