Tomorrow is the start of early access for the Battelfield 3 beta. A lot is going on in the background getting this event up and running inlcuding new drivers from both NVidia and AMD.

New in Release 285.38
•Increases performance in Battlefield 3 by up to 38%i. Note: Battlefield 3 requires Windows Vista or Windows 7. Check here to see if your PC is ready for Battlefield 3.
•Improves overall stability and image quality in Battlefield 3.
•Added or updated SLI profiles for Battlefield 3, Dead Island, Diablo III, Dragon Age 2, Need for Speed: The Run, and Saints Row: The Third.
•Fixed a performance regression found with 285.27 beta in Crysis 2 (DirectX 9).

Be sure to double check your drivers and make sure the rest of your systems are up to date. We see time and again about how a beta fails while people are using outdated drivers or unstable setups on their computers. Yes, it could be the beta or it just might be the two year old drivers you are running.

EA Australia tweeted out the apparent Battlefield 3 beta start time for Aussies, which is 10pm AEST on September 27th (early access) and 10pm AEST on September 29th for the public launch. Converted time zones can be found below. Via EA UK forums.
According to one of the Battlelog devs, the beta will be going up at the same time in all time zones.
