Greater Good Games is an up and coming development studio headed by Dayle Flowers, a senior programmer at Tripwire Interactive. While he isn't busy working on updates to Killing Floor or working on Red Orchestra 2, he's helping to make the world a better place.
Here is where Greater Good Games comes into play. The studio is a charitable, not-for-profit team that donates the funds raised from their games to charitable organizations. Neat, isn't it? You're darn right it is!
Their first title, Break Blocks, now has a demo available. The game is still in development but you can get an early taste of their title and perhaps offer up your financial services to donate towards a good cause.
First, check out the trailer for the game below.
Next, head on over to the Greater Good Game website to snag the demo and to offer your donations towards a good cause. Remember, proceeds go towards charity. There are a number of various donations levels, each with various perks, including early access to the full game, your name in the credits, soundtrack, posters, and other such goodies.
The studio is doing a great thing here, so be sure to keep an eye on them. We know that we'll be sure to do that very thing here at TGN.
