Ive been trying to get something fro you Jimy, but they just redirect me to twitter. I think the only way to do it is to tweet him that you want his public email to give suggestions.

For saying how they listen, they make it hard to be heard, unless you have a massive site with advertising or you complain on forums in an unprofessional manner.

That interview was great. He makes a really good point about Dice not wanting to show multi-player footage early as it's still under development. An example of this is when Ubisoft showed off much better footage for Farcry 2 than was actually released. I think the fact that Dice have extremely high standards shows the community that what multi-player footage they eventually show us, is pretty much what we will get at release.
