Australian Servers Online for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 for Bad Company 2

    From the Battlefield Blog:

    Congrats Australia!

Just a quick post to our Battlefield players down under that Australian servers have now been deployed for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. If you have been experiencing lag when playing Battlefield: Bad Company 2 online, this should alleviate the problem.

If you live in Australia and have set your country to anywhere else in your EA profile, you need to switch it back to Australia to get access to the new servers. :).

This is great news for Australians. What is also great is I resisted the urge to use the term "LAN down under" for this network expansion. Anyone else surprised that Australia did not have servers until now?
