Hi, Battlefield fans!



We have just released our sixth VIP Map Pack on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. This means that you now will have the chance to play Squad Deathmatches on one of my absolute favorite maps, Panama Canal. You also have the opportunity to engage in fierce Squad Rush fights on Laguna Presa.



As per usual, the VIP Map Pack is free for new game buyers. If you picked up the game used, you can get a VIP code either through the Playstation Store/Live Marketplace, or via the in-game store. For PC players, this new content is free for all.



To give you a glimpse of the new action that awaits, here is our freshly squeezed trailer for the Map Pack. Enjoy!

I played a round of hardcore yesterday and was sniping with m95 and every other shot I would hit and get blood and their body would do the "getting hit animation" then nothing.

If you have nothing on topic, don't post? Panama Canal should be great fun on SDM, which is what I play for the most part. Hit reg in BC2 is better than it ever was in BF2, so I'm content to keep playing.

Way to fail there zh1nt0, I was expecting at least some sort of teaser trailer with just the BF3 logo and the original theme music.

Is it really a "map pack" when they keep releasing the same boring maps to us? How about some new maps, how about fixing the game's bugs, how about the SPECACT kit for PC?

No, not really. They are new maps for the modes for which they're released. If, like me, you play SDM almost exclusively, Panama Canal is new.
