The latest ViDoc for Bungie's Halo: Reach was just released today and the news it brings is quite impressive. Blood Gulch, a staple in the Halo multiplayer just grew up in a big way. Now called "Forge World" the new map is the equivalent of over five different maps combined into one massive, multiplayer playground.
The map utilizes new streaming technology that allows for such a massive level without any performance hit. It features various areas including the old Blood Gulch locations, a large indoor area, a separate flat land area, tall pillars of land in the middle of water, and plenty more.
Guess what? There are still more images after the jump. However, these images really don't do the latest news any justice. For the full details on just how massive Forge World is, head on over to watch the latest Bungie ViDoc episode. Also of note is the fact that the team describes the massive number of improvements made to the Forge creation tools that will make creating your ideal level all that much easier.
