Major Nelson has revealed today that Hulu Plus will be making its way to an Xbox 360 near you early in 2011. Yes, the "Plus" does mean it will be a premium feature and will run all uses, regardless of platform, $9.99 (USD) per month.
Hulu Plus will be a "revolutionary ad-supported subscription product that is incremental and complementary to the existing Hulu service." It will feature full seasons of shows in HD, and include a number of past seasons as well.
In addition to the Xbox 360, support for the iPhone (3GS, iPhone4), iPad, iPod Touch (3rd Generation), and Samsung/Sony/Vizio Internet TV's, Blu-Ray, and the PlayStation 3 is coming. The PS3 will have Hulu Plus support added this July.
All users of Hulu Plus, will have to pay the monthly fee to use the service regardless of any paid service they already have through either the PSN or Xbox Live.
