Who Gets Call of Duty Add-Ons First?

    Microsoft, that's who!
Microsoft has announced a deal that will see the Xbox 360 platform receive Call of Duty game add-ons first for the next three years.

While the financial terms of the deal weren't released, it mirrors the kind of agreement that saw Grand Theft Auto IV downloadable content released exclusively for the Xbox 360 for a rumoured $50 million in 2008.

The news, released during this year's Microsoft press briefing at E3, is the start of - according to Don Mattrick - a "year of transformation" for the console.

I don't think this changes much but rather "re-affirms" what we have been seeing.

Same deal they had for MW2, now they are just shewed in for the next 3 years for any COD title. Good old Bobby has got to be loving this, I mean they are mimicking MW2 in every respect they can including a eminem trailer. I just hope that its more fun then W@W was and they don't ignore the PC gamers completely, which by BASH sounds like they are counting us in.

If they're going that way, CoD is probably going to be finished for me. MW2 was horrible. More of the same, just more bugs? No thanks, gents. Let it die.

      Please, let it die.

Oh, I own an Xbox. But I only play Halo and certain third-person games on it. Crackdown, Spiderman, Batman... Some games make sense with an Xbox controller, on an HDTV. FPS games generally don't for me, though. If I have the choice between using my thumbs or using a mouse on an FPS, I'm using a mouse.
