Despite the recent departure of Rayman creator, Michel Ancel, from Ubisoft, the company confirms that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is still in development. There were fears that Ancel's departure would spell the end of Beyond Good & Evil 2's development.
It's been roughly two years since the sequel was announced, with only a brief teaser to show for it thus far. Perhaps E3 will have more in store for the fans.
But a Ubisoft representative told Eurogamer, "There are no changes on the horizon."
When asked if that means Ancel is still at Ubi and that BG&E2 is still in development, the representative replied, "Yes."
