EliteGuy from the Facepunch forums has informed me, and the rest of the world, that a list of mutations for Left 4 Dead 2 is tucked away in a Left 4 Dead 2 VPK file.
Realism Versus is the first Mutation going on. Look for Chainsaws to possibly arrive next week when the Mutations switch over. A special thanks to EliteGuy for the heads up.
