  • 7-Eleven to Begin Selling Used Games Under $20

7-Eleven, which also recently came upon the scene for selling new games, is now looking to get involved in the used game market. According to Joystiq, the convenience store chain is looking to add the discount title option at nearly 50% of its locations throughout the United States.

"The program is available to all 7-Eleven U.S. franchisees, and we hope to have most U.S. stores on board by September," said GTT president Todd Hays.

The partnership will have GTT providing 7-Elevens with a "broad selection" of used games for "various" platforms at price points of $19.99 and below.

Has anybody here ever purchased a game or gaming item from a 7-Eleven? When their gaming retail options first started they were notorious for breaking street dates, so it would be interesting to see if interest remained high for a "convenient" way to pick up a gaming title while purchasing a Slurpee.
