Battlefield Bad Company 2 is currently on target to become the top selling title of March 2010. With over 2.3 million units sold it has become the best-selling March release on record in North America and Europe.

Lol no! Bf3 will feel even more like a console port than this one. EA and dice are not stupid they will release for all consoles....more money if they did that.
This will probably be the last good bf game they will create that's not fully ported from console.

I doubt it. It makes no sense to **** up bf3. Because there is no "well this is a console game we let you all have" excuse. ****in up bf3 will scar EVERYONE

Bad company was a console title from the beginning. BF3 is sequel to series that were developed for PC. no reason to consolize BF3 more than BC2.

In my humble opinion, Battlefield 2 was the last truly good one. BF2142 was nice, but was in essence the same, Heroes was a flop and BC2 has issues.

Bad company was a console title from the beginning. BF3 is sequel to series that were developed for PC. no reason to consolize BF3 more than BC2.

Call of duty was a series also that started exclusively on PC....guess what the developers did. They ****ed up the pc game MW2 and made it basically a console port.

If you do not think they will consolize bf2 than you are an idiot cause theres way more money to be made with consoles then there are pc games. I love the battlefield series but my hopes are not high at all for the game being PC only. Bf3 will probably come out in late 2011 to early 2012....that is a long time from now. Every year that goes by the pc is less and less played on when it has to do with gaming. So yes BF3 will be a console port no doubt especially since its coming out in a year or 2.

what is cheaper to do?wouldnt they take dollars before fans,plus we all seen people will buy anything now days.If there was no monoply and competition things would be far better!,Arma step up and make yours a more user friendly game

After seeing how well BFBC2 is doing on PC, and how many units they have been able to shift. I believe Dice would be making financial suicide if they make BF3 a console port. It just won't happen considering the work they have done with the PC only features for BC2, and the strong following on PC compared to other games.

It's pretty obvious even Dice thought it was a flop. That's why they changed the prices for items to effectively make it pay-to-play. It wasn't making enough money on microtransactions and advertisements with the original scheme.
