please forgive my ignorance in this question but it doesnt say so I dont want to assume anything...with destruction 2.0, do you get weapons damage through the walls, etc..or does the explosion of the wall or fragments of wall damage you only?? basically can I get killed and kill through the wall without having to bring the wall down??

Yes, you can shoot through most walls.

Sadly play.com don't do the Limited Edition one and it's more expensive than other places. So yeah, most people will cancel pre-orders from there once they are in the beta.

It's possible to buy from play.com, receive a key, cancel order, and be perfectly fine and still have access to the beta? I might have to do that.

Ordering my copy from Game, surprisingly for once they are the cheapest at around £42.99 and its the limited edition as well, otherwise I would have gone with ShopTo, never buy games from Play these days tbh, I bet they saw a mass pre order cancellation coming anyway

BFBC2 PC Beta on Steam

The Beta will appear in your "My Games" tab in your Steam client to all Steam pre-orders for day one access to the Beta.

So it will appear in Steam when ready.

Yeah i believe so, they did say you had to do a online pre-orderto get the key.

Here's a tip for steam. If you're getting a low download rate, go into settings and change your download region to something obscure, pretty far away. Your download rate should go up, less traffic. I usually use Thailand, France, Romania, just whatever I feel like. xD

EA site is cooked. You would have thought they'd realise how much strain they will be under after the BF2 fiasco. Clearly not.
