how will i get the beta key? i preordered at the gamestop store and all i got was the receipt but no beta key. the tard at the store only asked for my phone number and not my email so how will i get the key? does anyone know?

You have to order online to get a key. Ordering from a store won't get you one.

Different things for different resellers. Gamestop has the next amount of things and a weapon, whereas steam has these "perks". In the end though everyone will unlock them at some point or another.

Personally, I think steam has a better deal on the unlocks, but thats just my opinion.

Gamestop gives you exactly what steam does, but with early access to the aks-74 early as well. They might be out of the limited edition though.
