If you are a CoD: MW2 fan reading this and you're holding a sharp object like a knife, you might want to put it down now. TGN cannot be held responsible for any injuries through raging! But, here we go...

So, as many of you will know, CoD: MW2 developers were involved in a customer Q&A over the net (provided by Best Buy). Apparently anything but the most basic PC questions were banned, so there wasn't a great deal of new news. Here is what we did find out:

• Dedicated server questions were greeted by being escorted out of the chat.

• Max players for all versions is 9v9. Yes, I said 9v9.

• No record feature in MW2 for PC.

• No lean in the PC version (Mackey-IW: The game is not balanced for lean.)

• PC Game is not yet finished

*probably alludes to the fact that there will be future patches given reports that the PC SKU has already shipped.

Is there a console in the PC version of the game, so we can change our field of view from the xbox's default 65 FOV to 80 also can we tweaks the weapon damage for each gun, removes perks, graphical debris, breathing sway, also thru console like we where able to before or is this all gone?

maniac1969: Vince, there are 178,000 voices that say you need dedicated servers for the PC. COD4 is the bigest online game in history! Why in the world would you take away dedicated servers and change the whole MP experience for us? And Mackey, the PC version with dedicated servers is already the best experience the way it is!

Vince-IW: All I can say is that we changed it to make it a better and easier experience. Also, not all of the names on that list are legit.

Mackey-IW: 402 signed it 4 times I heard.

Good to see IW taking the rage of the PC community on board.....

Lets say everyone signed it 4 times, thats 178,000/4 = 44,500

So thats 44,500 * $60 = $2,670,000

I was escorted out because I used IWnet, FAILS, and Maintenance in the same question.

My question was : What sort of back-up do you have if IWnet fails, and how often will IWnet be down for Maintenance.

I was then told that my question had offensive, or personal information and must either edit or cancel, of course by the time the queue opened up it was closed like a giga second later

Doesn't 9v9 also suggest that the maps are probably very small? It is hard to believe that IW could muck up something that had such huge potential to be truly great.

The thing that irritates me the most is the lean. It is one of my favorite features and was one of the most important things when playing SP on harder difficulties.

Mackey-IW: Yes, we believe MW2 is better than CoD4:MW. The reason iw.net exists is to improve the gameplay for our users.
