Basically i dont trust dice anymore to look after PC.

It doesnt sound like pc will be first now either for bf3

Wish they would respect where the fame came from(PC:salute:)

I will believe these "rumours" when i see them implemented into facts, because i know they dribble too.

all this sounds fine and dandy but remember they only care about making money not looking after the PC vets.Peace:)

IW does not provide rankings like the BF series do. Sure you get ranks and stuff but reformat your pc without saving your files and you will be back at rank 0 :dead: The leaderboard is crap now with all the stat padders and hackers but in its heyday we all played tons of hours to earn our place in the BF world ranking.

One of the joys of many gamers is to host their own server. I have hosted one with every game that i have played. IW has taken that option away from PC gamers with IW.NET. Sure it benefits the average gamer but those of us that enjoy running our own server ranked or not no longer have that choice. Mods? Forget those too. They also took away getting to choose where you play. No more favorite servers. No more getting to know the crowd that hangs out in your favorite server. Sure there are friends list but what are the chances of getting really large groups of people in the same sever? :shakehead:

Another aspect that nobody has mentioned is the game server companies. There business is to rent servers for people to play games on. They are most likely going to lose money by not being able to host COD games by IW on their servers. Think about how many servers pop up in the browser in a COD game? What if it starts a trend and developers from other games start doing this? You might as well play on a console because PC gaming as we know it will be dead.

A lot of the staff working at DICE atm are from the US. I know for one, Colin Clarke, dev on Heroes is from the US (only because he tells me how crap the Flames are when we talk...)

And Colin Clarke would be very correct about his factual statement about the Flames.

I felt sorry for DICE Community Managers. At one point, around patch 1.3, I believed that they had the worst job in the world.

402 from IW has of course rectified this issue by neglecting the most vocal and critical audience altogether, haha.

everyones opinion is important and i repect that ,good or bad

the critic is hated but they get you the extra polish and vehicles,gameplay ect.instead of a std,basic service.

My whine is out of passion to get something that kills the great 1942:)

It's good marketing for DICE, to use IW failure for their own benefit, to lure more fans towards the franchise. At this point in time it's getting kinda old. They should have stopped with the Cake, because the cake was win!
