Nearly 66k signatures already! This is growing very quickly; every time I refresh the page there's a significant number more of signatures.

Up to 67,000 sigs now. If even 1/3 of those people decided to not purchase the game, IW just lost $1.3 million

All the Hitler stuff is starting to get annoying and rather offensive, being German and all. I doubt the all 66k signatures are legit and I highly doubt that no dedicated servers are the end of the world. One of the main reasons I'm looking forward to this is that I can hop servers with my clan mates and get a rotating group of players and playing styles to play against. On thing that always bugged me was servers going stagnate at least this will keep things fresh.

I think the lack of modding support is going to come back and bite them though.

I'm not lowering myself to a political flameathron but Hitler jokes have nothing to do with the German people. End of.

It's harmless fun. If you find them offensive because maybe you're a neo-Nazi or something then just don't watch them. Don't bring political views into an otherwise sensible thread.

BBB is the Better Business Bureau, who the heck brought them into this. These are features, not requirements. For all IW could care, they could remove multiplayer for PCs all together...Ghostbusters anyone?

Just face it, PC gamers are a dieing breed. The all high and mighty Activision/IW just started digging our grave early. The no dedi servers will not change as the game is complete and there is no time to go back and rewrite the code for the game. They new this when they picked what type of online service they wanted in the game and who they were going to have do the servers for them. Console systems are changing/ruining everything!!!!

I dont think we are dieing. I think its just a slump. I heard there was one in the mid 90's, one in 2002, I think this is the big PC gaming slump of 2009.

Ranger, imho just stop posting. Everyone here was looking forward to MW2 the 10$ price raise affected some people but a lot were still going for it then they throw it out there no dedicated servers or mods. Well competition = gone, MyIS loss of money for hosting servers. BF3 most likely will be for only PC when first released, just like BF2, and be ported over to console. Dice will always keep PC gamers first better than Infinity Ward

In those games IW didn't come out and specifically say, "We're getting rid of dedicated servers and have this... console matchmaking system to service you with."
