This came from 402 on his twitter very recently:

No delay on PC for Modern Warfare 2. You'll also have Prestige Mode in PC as well as lots of Steam support. Hopefully min specs will be soon

No "officially" or "When I get back" or "IDK LOL".

Is everything good now? Can we breathe deeply and wait for the release? Are questions still looming and needing to be answered?

I can't even decipher the release date so delay or not means nothing to me. Plus the fact I'm not buying it lol

It was, but there were some things running around about that as well.

Also, the Steam thing is new. Maybe Steam will have it available for pre-release.
