Modern Warfare 2 Now Playing on XBOX 360
Some more confirmed items coming up from weplaycod.com. Its undeniable that Modern Warfare 2 has been seen live on the XBox 360. Read this for more information:
As I mentioned in another post, its getting closer to release date so I am not surprised they have moved the game into a live "test". Do you think this means its gold and ready to go? There may still be some work to do.
Lets not forget the hopefull beta mention in the article as well

That's right, Modern Warfare 2 is most likely in the MS certification process and should be gold shortly. As you can see in the screenshot above, the game has been moved from PartnerNet (Official Dev Network) and put onto the actual Xbox Live network and is now being played internally by employees of Infinity Ward.<!--more--> Like we said, this is usually an indication of a game starting the MS certification process.
So far these are the maps we've seen them playing FFA and TDM on: Afghan, Underpass, Highrise, Derail, Invasion, Estate, Wasteland, Favela, Terminal, Rust, Scrapyard, and Quarry.
We'd love to speculate on this hinting at a possible mp demo (we know, we know...no demo is planned), but I think just mentioning that urge to speculate is more than enough to stir the pot.
