According to Shacknews, a map pack of DLC for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is already planned. This new content should roll out some time around Spring of next year.
"That map pack has a "planned release [of] Spring 2010," going by the specially marked "Monster Assault Energy" four-pack that just arrived here at Shacknews."
