Battlefield Heroes Hits 2 Million Registered Players

EA announces that its Free to play FPS, Battlefield Heroes, has reached the 2 million user mark. They also let us know about an ‘Heroes of the Fall’ update for the game, including a brand new map that will be released on September 30.

They are also giving thier fans a chance to name the new map. Head HERE to get some screenshots and enter your name for the map.

Cool game, cool update.

Good for a quick laugh but not a game I can get in to. Really recommend it though. The Gunner changes were real nice though, and will probably play it again if only to see the new map.

I guess you can't unregister anyway.By the way they use these numbers,I'm still an active player of Americas Army,even though I stopped playing it after a few days.I used my old account as I tried AA3,which I deinstalled after completing the the first training mission because I was so disappointed by the bad graphics and the arcadish gameplay.

I dont get the issues with it. Its free but they arn't forcing you to play it. Its not like they made an engine ESPECIALLY for it and it has its own team so I don't think its going to slow down production for any of the serious games. Its good fun, like what games are meant to.
