Dutch National Team is back in FIFA Soccer 10

It looks as if EA Sports has worked it out a deal with The Royal Netherlands Football Association so you can play as the real Dutch National Team in FIFA 10.

Electronic Arts Inc., in cooperation with the Royal Netherlands Football Association, announced today that the DUTCH NATIONAL FOOTBALL TEAM is now included in FIFA Soccer 10.
The Royal Netherlands Football Association and EA SPORTS reached an agreement regarding all players of the Dutch selection in FIFA Soccer 10. Players like Wesley Sneijder, Robin van Persie, Arjen Robben, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Mark van Bommel can be selected in their real DUTCH NATIONAL TEAM kits!
Previously it was only possible to play a fictitious DUTCH NATIONAL TEAM without real player likenesses and the official kits – but this is now history.

FIFA Soccer 10 will be available October 2 in Europe and October 20 in North America.

After many years of absence, the Dutch National team will feature in FIFA 10. 'Oranje' will be fully licensed, so you can play with the real kits, the KNVB-logo and the real players like Dirk Kuyt, Robin van Persie, Wesley Sneijder, Arjen Robben and Eljero Elia.'Oranje' was absent for many years because of a debacle between EA and the KNVB. 'Oranje' last featured in 2006 FIFA World Cup. Other years, Dutch players were forced to play with fictional players like Ronhaar (instead of Robben) and De Neutenboom (Ruud van Nistelrooy). Oranje did however featured the last years in Pro Evolution Soccer, but will be playable in FIFA this year as well.
