MW2 Weapon in Real Life: AA-12. World's Deadliest Shotgun!

The upcoming Modern Warfare 2 game by Infinity Ward has new weapons coming to it not previously featured in CoD4. Below is a video of one of those weapons, the AA-12. Thanks to Total CoD forum member Immortal_Joker for finding this video. View the destruction below:

We can only hope that this beast has been toned down in MW2's multiplayer. If this gun is not toned down for the game, prepare for shotty hell amongst the MP realm of MW2. However, let's mod this weapon into the Nazi Zombie mode of CoD:WaW at full strength and have a good time. :guns:

I'd be more worried about this if IW didn't put a .50 in MW1. Also, since the shotgun's range in MW1 is only about 2 feet this beasty shouldn't be THAT hard to fight against... But if they change that...................... :O

Yeah, the REAL weapon in the game would worry me.

HOWEVER, these are the guys that brought you the .50 cal that takes 2 shots to take someone down.

I'll probably get a load of flak for saying this but it needs to be pointed out for those that believe everything they are told first time without looking into it.

1:32 - Yeah... Probably. :laugh:
1:35 - I... Beg to differ tremendously. On the field, that is an insanely stupid thing to say. In a range where the target is stationary then ok. But that's a ridiculous statement for the field of battle.
3:20 - No it's not.
5:20 - Whoa I'd love to see you do that without a tripod. Spray the same area of the room with shrapnel, whereas the much more useful M203 can fire 1 shot and blow the room apart.
5:57 - Door breaching? Yes but I don't see how it's preferably over other shotguns such as the M4 Benelli. The barrel on that makes for a small spread, which may still do the job and smash the lock out of the wall but I'm not convinced it would do better than the M4 which would blow the entire lock off the door.

It's a good long range shotgun but nothing to be praised, it's clunky (probably unwieldy) and with those materials... Would probably be like carrying a small child - on your wrist.

Effect: 8/10
Design: 4/10
Mechanism: 9/10

I'll keep my M4 Benelli thanks. Aim over spray, any day.

Not sure what those comments really prove...or what you're getting at? Granted, there are different weapons for different purposes.

If you watch the whole video, sounds like a great shotgun and beyond to me. Not to mention, shotty = spread, those other weapons are single bullets you have to have better aim with, minus the grenade launcher, which you would not be using in the same close range that you're using the shotty.

Also, as for the weight, it is made of stainless steel on the inside, but it's like the 'big guns' are always light. Here's an old guy shooting this with one hand lol:
