Talk about an amazing mod for CoD4...this looks like it was practically made originally as a Star Wars game. As you can see from the video, this CoD4 mod converts Modern Warfare into futuristic Star Wars Warfare. Great job on the maps, skins, and weapons. Also, they mention below that this will be later ported to MW2! Check out this trailer of some gameplay from the modders the blackMonkeys, some of the same modders who contributed to the wonderful CoD4 map, Apesgorod.
This definitely looks awesome. You can find the info above in the blackMonkeys forum here, along with a couple of renders from the mod.
Thanks to Xiao himself for posting about the vid in our forums, and to check out some past screenies and info from Xiao in our forums about the mod Galactic Warfare, click here.

We would like to introduce you to our newest blackmonkeys community project on which we are working for a while now together with some friends out of the community.
We are working on a Star Wars Modification, yet based on Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Later on, the theme will be ported to Modern Warfare 2.
All began with a blaster, and soon the idea to extend this theme was born. In the meantime, our project is taking shape and we have found a couple of new comrades in addition to the team involved in the development of Apesgorod. So far, the core team consists of Mapicted, Novemberdobby, OLD MAN WITH GUN, Xfckup, Xiao and ZeroY and we also have a lot of help from other Modders in the CoD-Community.
We are always searching for dedicated Modders. Mapper, Programmers, Skinner etc. who would like to aid us with our Star Wars Modification. Interested? Then just contact Xiao (xfire: xiaomayer)!
A Dev-Blog containing more information will be online in a little while, but today we just want to give you some impressions demonstrating the status quo of development. The screenshots show the imperial troops on Endor and Tatooine.
We hope you like what you see! Soon there will be some more material for you to look at.
So long! May the force be with you!
