CoD:WaW Map Pack 3 and Patch 1.6 for PC Confirmed

Thanks to our forum member ebevan_91 for finding this info! JD_2020, Treyarch's Community Manager, has confirmed that the recently released map pack 3 for consoles is indeed coming to the PC along with a new patch. Read below for the forum post from JD_2020:

Hi all,

As with the previous two Map Packs, Map Pack 3 will indeed be coming to the PC – the team is hard at work on it and I’ll let you know when it’s in test.

As such, there will be a Patch 1.6 as well, which will address some additional game issues. When I have details on what else will be included in the patch I will be sure to post them.

We appreciate your patience as always, and look forward to its release as much as you do!

Definitely great news for PC fans! I, for one, was getting a tad worried we would not get this recently released map pack, but we can now look forward to some more maps and zombie action in the future.

Really Treyarch is setting the bar super high for IW with there PC support.

Yeah. Right now, I support Treyarch more than IW. They make good games but there are so many IW fanboys out there who never played a COD game until COD4 it's ridiculous.

100% Agree. I hear a lot of people online and in the RL who act like CoD4 was the first CoD game...they have no clue what has come before it. And I'm pretty sure the 4 should set something off, but the best I get from some people (mainly console peeps) is that they know of CoD3... :|:

CoD2 for me was better than CoD4 and 5. Though 4 and 5 are pretty close for me but probably tipped in the favour of 4 just for playing online :wee:
