    Singleplayer vs. Multiplayer

In this Bonus Round episode on GameTrailers.com, the topic of the importance of singleplayer vs. multiplayer is discussed among Shane Satterfield (Editor in Chief / GameTrailers), Robert Bowling (Community Manager / Infinity Ward), and Alex Albrecht (Creator, Host / Diggnation, Totally Rad Show, Project Lore). Check out the vid below:

What's your opinion on this matter? Is singleplayer, multiplayer, or co-op more important to you? Or do you believe all three should be included in games? Do certain modes suffer because developers try to throw in all three into a game?

Depends on the game really. TBH, all 3 are important.

Video still wont play for me.

I believe that every game should include all three (If applicable). Although there are exceptions (Portal being one), i tend to believe that this adds alot to the gaming experience

I believe all three should be included like Call of juarez: Bound in Blood that would be awesome to play in Co-op (PC) with my bro.

But to a limit as some games don't need to be in co-op mode, but both MP and SP aspects are quite important in a game imho.

If a developer knows what they're doing, I say add as many modes as possible without giving it that tacky aftertaste.

If multiplayer is only added on a game just because it has to be, then I doubt it's going to do very well at all.
