Blast from the past! Counter-Strike 1.6 has been updated.

Half-Life Engine

• Added -sys_ticrate command line option to allowed forced override of ticrate
• Prevent more cases of server redirection

Counter-Strike/Condition Zero

• Added -nobots option to allow forced override of bots on servers

Updates will automatically be applied next time you restart Steam.

Not very long ago haha. They tried to get rid of crouch hopping, it was very recent.
