TF2 Lawsuit Anyone?

It appears that the Korean MMO developers responsible for the MMO game H.A.V.E. are trying to cash in on a piece of the TF2 cash cow, sparking outrage on the internet over the blatant similarities between the two games.

Looks like a mix of TF2, Battlefield Heroes, and Toy Story.

The sniping part of the trailer reminded me a lot of Saving Private Ryan, too.

Aside from the strangeness of the game, the weapons are pretty close, but the game is also very different.

I mean if they sue because of gattlin guns, bazookas, and snipers along with it being cartoonish, then all future "non hardcore" games are in trouble.

Id sue battlefield heros before this.

I say don't sue em. yet Release the game, make it fail, then sue when the Devs have lost profit because of the total crap of the game.
