Re: Battlefield Heroes Moves to Open Beta

sorry but over a year after it was supposed to be publicly released and now we get an open beta?...........scrap this POS and spend the effort on BF3, clearly it has some major issues.....sorry but ive had just about all i can handle for a game that's over a year past its initial release date and all of you should as well.

yeah 1943, BC2, and BF3 has made this game irrelevant to me. never liked TF style anyways, not my cup of tea.

What's the point of an open beta for a free game? Just release it already.

Is anyone else having trouble getting the installer to work?

Yeah, it asks me to update then when I click yes, it says failed to download patch info file.

            Edit: nvm, it's working.

Does this mean we can finally talk about this game?

Make sure you use IE. Firefox never got along with BFH for me.

@stilla-killa IIRC you have to launch it from the website.

I have to admit, growing up on '80s cartoons this trailer takes me back....it was quite good.

It would be an alright game if it had a sprint button.

I installed it yesterday, played it about 2 minutes and I was done.
I knew this was a console style kiddie game but DAMN!
The most ridiculous POS I've played for a loong time, but I guess I'm not the target audience, which seems to be between 4-10 year of age.

The game is something you pick from a cereal box but worse.

It IS ment for kids, no point whining about it. It does what it was supposed to do- grew new generation of Battlefield fans.

It reminds me of Combat Arms but with different graphics.
