Looks great, but I don't know if it will be different enough to justify spending all that money on a game using the same engine as COD4 and WaW.

Well, if you're a fan of MP in particular, a new game means a whole new set of maps (probably 14-16 if it follows the COD4 example), and some different gameplay features/perks/weapons/skins/etc.

If you play a lot of MP, that might be worth it for you. If you compete, there's a chance this game will give a bit boost to the community, so that's another thing to consider.

Meh, not much new in this like I thought. This seems to be one of those 'here is an exclusive for you to bring in web traffic' to me. Hopefully on Sunday, a real trailer will be seen as fourzerotwo says.
