Bad Company 2 is coming out for PC as well. Simultaneous release on all platforms.

No, there's nothing confirmed.

Most likely there will be unlocks, even BC1 had them, but you can't be sure.

TBA. But when BF1943 comes out in Sept for PC, that should give us a ballpark idea of what's needed to handle the Frostbite engine.
